Causey Demgen & Moore Inc. is a Denver, Colorado based firm of professional accountants and consultants who are dedicated to providing the finest quality of professional services to our clients.  We number approximately 40 professionals, each with specialized knowledge and skills to meet our clients’ needs. Our clients range from individuals to many of the largest financial institutions in the U.S.  Approximately 50% of our practice is national in scope and 50% is local and regional.  Our transactional and litigation support practices serve clients nationally, providing services on transactions and disputes that range from $200,000 to over $1 billion each.  Although CDM was established in 1981, its age belies the years of experience and depth of technical knowledge of our principals and managers, most of whom were previously employed by Big Five CPA firms, and several of whom worked together before joining CDM.  Our professionals have degrees in engineering, law, economics, finance and accounting.  We believe that this diversification enables us to provide a higher quality of service than is available from firms specializing in only one discipline.  Many of our clients are rapidly growing businesses, not-for-profit entities or government entities, that either require significant capital or are in the business of raising capital for third parties.  As a result, we are heavily involved in SEC and other security registrations.
