We currently provide a complete range of services for employee benefit plans including audits, consulting services and tax return preparation to over 30 benefit plans. Most of the employee benefit plans we currently serve are self-directed plans which invest primarily in mutual funds, pooled separate accounts of insurance companies, and master trusts of banks.

The employee benefit plan services we provide include the following:

  • Full scope and limited scope audits as required by the Employer Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 of Retirement Plans, generally for plans with over 100 participants
  • Audits of employee benefit plans to be filed on Form 11-K with the Security and Exchange Commission
  • Operational audits of 401(k) plans
  • Preparation of form 5500
