The following are brief biographical sketches of our principals: Managing Principal and
Director of Tax Practice and Administration - Robert Eichberg [email] joined CDM, in 1996 after twenty-six years with Big Five accounting
firms, including 12 years as a partner with Deloitte & Touche. Bob’s
experience has been in the following areas: ·
Functional - tax, including tax planning for individuals, corporations
and partnerships, estate and gift tax planning, business analysis, including
mergers and acquisitions. ·
Industries - real estate development and construction, oil and gas,
mining, manufacturing and distribution, and individuals. Director of Auditing and
Accounting Services - Barry Koritza [email] joined a predecessor of Ernst & Young in · Functional - audit and Securities and Exchange Commission reporting, mergers and acquisitions, computerized accounting systems, and general computer consulting. · Industries – real estate, retail, wholesale, manufacturing, mining, employee benefit plans, not-for-profit organizations, professional service firms, mortgage banking, and computer software development. Director of Housing and
Public Finance and Litigation Support Principal - Jack Blumenthal [email] joined Deloitte & Touche in 1969 and became a senior consultant
in 1972. Jack joined Grant Thornton in 1973 as a manager and became a partner
and National Director of Consulting Services in 1974. He served a
Denver-based oil company as its Chief Financial Officer from 1980 to 1982 and
was a partner and Director of Management Consulting for Hein & Associates
from 1982 until he joined CDM in 1986. His more than thirty years’ experience
has been in the following areas: · Functional - financial structuring, feasibility studies, profit improvement programs, cash management, bankruptcy analysis, litigation support, business valuations, and commercial loan defeasance verifications. ·
Industries - real estate, wholesale and retail distribution, financial
institutions, oil and gas, health and retirement care, professional firms,
state and local government, and tax-exempt bonds. Tax & Financial Planning
Principal - Paul Demgen [email] was a founder of CDM. Paul joined Ernst & Young in the · Functional - tax planning and compliance, including individual, corporate, partnership, estate and trust, personal tax and financial planning, representation before the IRS, and investment advisory services. · Industries - natural resources, real estate, legal, professional service organizations and partnerships, and manufacturing. Support Principal - John Connell [email] was a partner at Deloitte & Touche from 1981 to 1990, at which
time he joined CDM. Licensed as an attorney in the State of · Functional - business and professional practice consultation and valuations, pension valuations, lost profits analysis and financial and tax matters related to marital dissolutions, litigation support involving lost profits in both personal injury and commercial litigation. · Industries - primary emphasis on individuals, small businesses, and real estate. Audit Principal - Thomas Ruygrok [email] joined CDM in 2000 as an audit/consulting partner. Previously
he was with PricewaterhouseCoopers for 25 years. Tom's experience has
been in the following areas: · Functional - audit and Securities and Exchange Commission reporting, outsourcing internal audit services, enterprise-wide risk assessments and reengineering client accounting and operational processes. · Industries – real estate, telecommunications, services, transportation, mining, utilities, manufacturing, nonprofit, entertainment and government. Tax Principal - Douglas Page [email] completed the Masters of Taxation program at the · Functional - tax compliance and planning for trusts, individuals, corporations, and partnerships, new business planning, and representation before the IRS. · Industries - oil and gas, real estate, professional services, and restaurants. Finance Principal - Douglas Carlile [email] joined CDM in 1987, became a manager in 1989 and a principal in
1995. Prior to 1987 he served as a project engineer for Black & Veatch.

Support Principal - William Vincent [email] joined CDM in 1990, became a manager in 1993 and a principal in
1999. Bill was previously with Deloitte & Touche and Ernst & Young.
He is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP), a Certified Valuation Analyst
(CVA), and a Personal Financial Specialist (CPA/PFS). His fifteen years’
experience has been in the following areas: · Functional - business, professional practice and pension valuations, tax compliance and planning, financial planning specializing in divorces and executives, litigation support involving marital dissolutions, commercial litigation and personal injury. · Industries - primary emphasis on small businesses, professional practices and individuals. Finance Principal - Steven Timmons [email] joined CDM in 1994
became a manager in 1997 and a principal in 2004. Steve
previously worked as a market development consultant for Southern California
Gas Company and as a senior statistician for Standard & Poor's Compustat
Services, Inc. Steve’s career includes experience in the following areas: · Functional - financial structuring and verification studies, litigation support, business valuations, financial statement analysis, and commercial loan defeasance verifications. ·
Industries - financial institutions, state and local government,
tax-exempt bonds, manufacturing, professional services firms, and real estate. Tax & Litigation Support Principal – Cheryl Walton [email] joined CDM in 1992, became a manager in 2001 and a principal in 2005. Cheryl’s career experience has been in the following areas: · Functional – Business and professional practice valuations, litigation support involving marital dissolutions and financial matters, pension valuations, tax compliance and planning, financial planning. ·
Industries – Primary emphasis on small businesses, professional
practices and individuals. Tax Principal - Michael Graef [email] joined CDM in 1994, became a manager in 1997 and a principal in
2006. Mike was previously with Seiler
and Company, a California CPA firm. His experience has included the following
areas: · Functional - tax compliance and planning, including individuals, corporations, partnerships, estates, and trusts. · Industries - real estate, construction and design, professional service firms, investment partnerships, tele-communications, manufacturing, and trucking and cargo handling. Tax Principal – Steve Oltmans [email] joined CDM in 2007 as a
principal. Steve has over 20 years experience
in tax including positions as an Engagement Director for
PricewaterhouseCoopers and a Senior Tax Manager for Arthur Anderson. Steve has a law degree from Rutgers School
of Law and an LLM Degree in Tax from the ·

clients before the IRS, state and local taxing authorities, assisting
companies in the initiating or expanding into foreign jurisdictions. ·
Industries – Primary emphasis on closely-held corporations, pass

high net worth individuals. Audit Principal – Donn Aggeler [email] joined CDM in 1995, became a manager in 1999, and a principal in
2006. She has over six years
experience in auditing and accounting.
