About Us

Steve Bilsky, Hospital Feasibility Studies Director, served with the Veterans Administration Medical Center and then the New Jersey Department of Health before joining Ernst & Young in 1984.  Before joining CAUSEY in 2009, Steve served as a Senior Manager with Ernst & Young, KPMG and Besler Consulting, as well as Directors at Innovative Health Solutions and United Hospitals.

Steve’s career includes experience in the following areas:

  • Functional – feasibility studies, financial and utilization forecasts, bond financing, strategic planning, hospital mergers, business development, presentations to C-Suite executives and new services development.
  • Industries – hospitals, long term and acute care facilities, managed care and software.
