FINANCIAL FEASIBILITY STUDIES

Our professionals have performed more than 125 financial feasibility studies related to the issuance or restructuring of revenue bonds.  The purpose of these studies is to forecast future revenues and revenue requirements to determine an entity’s or project’s ability to repay debt and meet future operating requirements.

Projects have included healthcare, housing, retirement homes, water and sewer utilities, and parking facilities.

We have assisted numerous clients with evaluating and restructuring their new business plans.   Because of our experience in the areas identified above, we often bring ideas to bear which improve the project’s overall economics either in terms of revenue enhancements or structural and staffing approaches that reduce cost.

Our problem debt workout experience helps us to evaluate each project on a realistic basis.
